We will deliver quickly provided that the ordered products are in stock. Under certain circumstances we are unable to avoid longer deliver times due to the fact that our not necessarily mass-produced products are imported from the USA and we are dependent on the supplier.

 

You will be promptly informed in that case or we will try to do partial deliveries.

 

 

The invoiced prices and delivery terms are valid for delivery inside of Germany. We charge inside Germany a single rate for delivery of goods for shipping, insurance and handling:

 

insured parcels up to 2 kg         5,00 Euro

insured parcels up to 5 kg         7,00 Euro

 

 

Such as one-piece flagpoles, large flag-arbors an large flag stands an additional fee of Euro 10,00 per item will be charged.

 

Starting with a net-merchandise-value of Euro 100,00 we deliver shipping-free of charge within. 

 

For international orders and orders from EC-Countries all deliveries are charged at cost. Please make principle a single-inquiry of the quote for transportation to the customer. Transport quotes can also be provided before submitting an order.

 

 

All prices on our website  www.flaggengarten.de  are without obligation and only binding after confirmation by the seller and receipt of an order confirmation. The invoiced prices include  the legally required VAT for Germany at time 19%.

All our goods remain the property of FLAGGENGARTEN until they are paid in full.

 

Inside Germany goods can be returned without reason within 14 days by sending back the item(s).  The time limit begins upon receipt of the goods and ends upon dispatch of the returned goods.

 

For all items with a value over 40.00 € FLAGGENGARTEN covers return costs.

 

Return costs of items under 40,00 € are to be covered by the buyer unless there is a discrepancy between the order and the delivered goods, in which case the costs are covered by FLAGGENGARTEN.

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any damages or destruction caused to returned goods.

Items specially ordered for the buyer, or have been personalized for the buyer are not possible to return. Also items that due to their composition are not suitable to be returned.

 

Warranty claims are valid within two years of the invoice date. In the event of a valid claim the buyer can request rectification of defects or delivery of replacement parts within a reasonable time period.

 

If the correction of the defect is unsatisfactory, or tied to disproportionate costs for FLAGGENGARTEN the buyer may cancel the contract or appropriately reduce the purchase price.

 

We do not sell any mass-products insignificant deviations to that extents as well as in the portrayed colors appears. These deviations are no complaint-reasons.

 

Except from the guarantee are also damages, that on natural wear, improper use or lacking as well as wrong care, to lead back.

 

Independent of legal requirements FLAGGENGARTEN would like to offer fair and quality service beyond the normal warranty period. Even after the legal two-year warranty limit feel free to let us know about problems with our products. By returns beyond the warranty period we would find it fair if the buyer covered the costs.

 

All of our offers are subject to confirmation. Due to the fact that many of our products are not mass-produced variations to catalogue descriptions and details may occur.

 

To fulfil your order we are required to record your address and other related information.

 

Of course we commit ourselves to protecting your personal data according to German data privacy laws. Furthermore we guarantee not to distribute or sell your data to third parties.

All contracts with FLAGGENGARTEN whether domestic or international are subject to German law.

 

With the exception of the buyers commitment to timely payment no party is responsible for delays or non-performance due to fire, flood, explosion, legal requirements, acts of God or other reasons outside of the control of the party.

 

These terms and conditions can only be altered or amended in writing with the signature of both seller and buyer. Invalidity of individual provisions of this agreement does not invalidate any further provisions.
